Firepeppers bring a whole new life to old fashioned homemade peach lemonade. Although you can leave out the firepeppers if you're foolish enough to try putting the Hungry Maw to rest with steel instead of peppers, but as they say, "I can’t imagine it ending well.”
Ingredients
2 small white peaches, quartered and pit removed
1 red chili, thinly sliced
3/4 cup of sugar
2 cups of water
1 cup of lemon juice
2 cups water
1 shot of Loaded Cannon Distillery Anney's Blade Jalapeno Vodka
Garnish
White peach and chili slices
Instructions
In a medium pot over medium heat, bring the peaches, chili, sugar and water to a simmer for 5 minutes until the sugar has dissolved and the peaches have softened.
Transfer the contents to the jar of a blender and puree on high until you have a smooth peach puree. Set aside to cool.
When the peach puree has cooled, add the lemon juice and the water and stir well.
Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to drink.
Pour our over ice. Float vodka on top. Garnish with the peach and pepper slices to serve.
